Processing Transfer:
Transfer forms are typically for the use of transfering players to teams for provincials or city league playoffs or for other various reasons.  Once the completed form and the .00 fee are received by the office, players must sit out all games for 7 days.  Once transfer is complete player cannot be transfered back to original team.

U12 - U16: For use of transfering from one team to another within zone ~ or to another zone for provincials only.

U18 only: For use of transfering from one team to another in any zone.
