Rock Scaling

Rock scaling is usually the first approach to any slope work and it may be all th at is needed to make a slope safe. Highly trained rock remediation technicians should be used; especially when working near highways or railways.

The rock slope should always be scaled from the top down.
Working off of ropes is the safest and most efficient way to of working on a rock slope.
The wire mesh will control the material and not allow it to gain any destructive energy as it works it way down the slope.
